To Support Immigrant's Craftsmen Inclusion in Swedish Labour Market

What solutions are there?
The best way to afford help for immigrants around Sweden is to design a website that can function on different digital tools on computer, laptop and smart phones to deliver this learning journey to the largest possible number of people. Web based learning is a practical and powerful approach to support immigrants around the world. It is an instructional, interactive, virtual and open online learning environment that afford educational lessons and involves different engaging learning activities. According to (Hamid, 2002) the richness of information in the web sites have attracted learners to adopt this tool since the web environment is considered the ideal place for richness of knowledge.

Create a Website that every immigrant can access from different digital technology tools

Ideas about suitable environment (Inernet environment) to get started with their crafts (education, online and offline courses)

Ideas to define their goals of their professional career in sauitable ways

Connect craftsmen with relevant people

Provide knowledge of needed skills to enter Swedish labour market

Provide knowlege about Swedish crafts

Swedish crafts that may match Syrian crafts

provide a comparision of crafts conditions between both countries in order to explain the entrance difficulties of labour market

Provide valuable crafts links, workshops and compaines in Sweden

Ability to contact experts and craftsmen through craftsmen forums customized for every craft separately (ex: Mosaic Craftsmen Circle)

1. Help craftsmen refugees to integrate in Swedish community and consider them as an opportunity to this new community.

6. Craftsmen will learn new techniques other than their acquired ones.

8. Swedish companies and craftsmen can explore Arabian Traditional crafts and introduce these crafts to customers.
9. To preserve traditional inherited crafts and Cultural heritage embodied in traditional crafts from extinction.
